Hello, I'm Alice and recently I can't sleep very well at the night . I keep in the bed for hours and hours and nothing . I don't know what to do ! Can you give me some advices ?
Hey Alice , I had the same problem but I found the solution and maybe you will too . Maybe you can't sleep at night because your body are full of energy . If you don't sleep in the day, I have certainty you will be tired at night, because used all your energy and you will be able to sleep . If this isn't your problem , you should do some exercises in the end of afternoon ,probably will leave you tired and will make you feel a lot better !
You also have to be careful about with you eat before try to sleep , because if you eat heavy food, for sure you won't sleep well , your stomach will be doing digestion , and is hard to sleep. Try eat some fruit before sleep , are light and healthy.
Most importantly , if you try the advices , and it dosen't work , you must visit a doctor , because this can be serious and he will know what to do for you . I hope this help :)

Hey everybody , I would like to tell a bit about my city. It is called Brasília, the capital of Brazil .
Brasília is in the middle of the country. It is a place called Planalto Central. There is a large city (are about 2.600.000 inhabitants)but isn't old city, has only 53 years, is a beautiful city.
The main attraction of the city is the Ponte JK, is a beautiful bridge that crosses Lake Paranoá in Brasília.There is also The Cathedral of Brasília, it was designed by a famous architect Oscar Niemeyer,There is also Park of the city, wonderful place to go walking. There are also Palácio do Planalto, is the official workplace of the President of Brazil, was also designed by Oscar Niemeyer. Also have many good pubs and restaurants in Brasília.
The worst thing about Brasília there are a very hot and dry city . There isn't beaches and have many traffic jams, you can spend hours in the traffic jam. Another problem of Brasília,when rain the street always flooded.
Anyway there is a great city for lives with beautiful places.

Today nobody lives without mobile phones. We always hear sounds of messages or rings from mobiles . These days a mobile can do everything .
Using the mobile phone has many advantages. Firstly you can send menssages for your friend quickly and easily, everybody can send them. If you don't like send messages, you can call and keep in touch with everyone.
Another advantages is that we can use internet for many things like : access google for research something , facebook and twitter for fun ,we can do a lot of things with internet .
Finally you can take pictures with friends or beautiful places ,you can listen music, watch video and play games for fun.
However, there are also disadvantages in using the mobile phones. First of all, people start dependent of mobiles phones, always using them.
In addition sometimes mobiles phones are too expensive . Lastly, the people are getting apart because the people doesn't talk anymore , just use the mobile .
In conclusion , despite the disadvantages, the mobile phone brings huge benefits to our lives , who lives without mobile ? nobody . Mobiles phones are important and necessary for us .
